Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to deliver data-driven insights, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support operational performance and business decision-making.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, analyse complex data, and develop reliable, high-quality BI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions using BI tools such as Power BI and SQL.
*Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide actionable insights.
*Analyse operational data to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
*Maintain data accuracy, quality, and documentation including KPI definitions and data dictionaries.
*Automate and improve manual reporting processes.
*Collaborate with Data Engineering and IT teams on reporting and data solutions.
*Support continuous improvement and adoption of new BI technologies.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytic, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
*Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
*Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI platforms.
*Understanding of data quality, validation, and reporting best practices.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
*Experience with Microsoft Fabric, DAX, Power Query, SQL Server, or Oracle SQL.
*Knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing, and automation tools.
*Experience with Python, R, Pandas, or similar analytical tools.
*Familiarity with version control and CI/CD practices.
