Key Responsibilities
*Handle residential development transactions, plot sales, site set-up and infrastructure agreements
*Advise on bridging finance, lender-side transactions and portfolio refinances
*Manage complex residential conveyancing transactions
*Act for developers, lenders and investors
*Take an active role in networking and business development activities
*Assist with mentoring junior team members
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEx with 3+ years’ PQE
*Strong experience handling complex residential conveyancing and development matters
*Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
