Employment Tax Senior ManagerTop 10 Firm | £80,000 - £95,000 + Benefits | London | Hybrid
I’ve been selected to support a Top 10 accountancy and advisory firm with the appointment of an Employment Tax Senior Manager into its award-winning Global Mobility and Employment Tax team based in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Tax professional who enjoys working closely with clients, delivering high-quality advisory work, and playing a visible role within a collaborative, partner-led team - rather than operating within a high-volume compliance centre.
The OpportunityThis role sits at the heart of a highly regarded Employment Tax function, supporting a diverse client base across multiple industries. While there is an element of compliance, the role is strongly advisory-led, offering exposure to complex technical matters and senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
*Delivering high-quality employment tax compliance and advisory services
*Acting as a primary point of contact for clients
*Carrying out detailed technical research and providing pragmatic, commercial advice
*Supporting and mentoring junior team members
*Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the employment tax offering
