Overview
We are recruiting for an experienced, passionate, and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead a busy and high-quality hospitality operation. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for delivering outstanding service standards, driving commercial performance, and creating memorable guest experiences across all food and beverage offerings.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing food & beverage team
*Ensure exceptional service standards are delivered consistently
*Oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, events, and in-room dining
*Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
*Drive guest satisfaction, responding to feedback and continuously improving service
*Ensure full compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
*Introduce creative initiatives to enhance revenue, guest engagement, and brand reputation
About You
*Proven experience in a senior food & beverage management role within a high-end hospitality environment
*A confident and inspiring leader with strong people management skills
*Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine commitment to service excellence
*Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, KPIs, and performance targets
*A passion for food, drinks, and hospitality trends
*Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Experience & Skills
*Solid background in restaurant or food & beverage management
*Ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
*Well organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
*A hands-on management style with a guest-first mindset

Location
This is a site-based role in Cornwall. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting.
