What’s involved?
As Chef De Partie, you’ll work closely with a small team of chefs in a fast-paced open kitchen:
*Prepare and cook fresh dishes to a high standard
*Support the Sous Chef during busy services
*Work confidently in a customer-facing kitchen environment
*Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
*Contribute to a positive and professional team culture
What we’re looking for
*Previous experience as a Chef De Partie or strong Demi Chef
*Passion for fresh, seasonal food
*Comfortable working in a small close-knit brigade
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Own transport is essential due to location
