Our client is a privately owned B2B consumer goods business based on the South Coast, operating across fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), personal care, manufacturing, and e-commerce marketplaces. With in-house product development, UK manufacturing, and a fast-paced online retail operation, the business offers an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Marketing Executive looking to build a career in digital marketing, e-commerce, and commercial analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Marketing graduate or junior marketing professional who enjoys analytics, organisation, reporting, and improving online product performance. The role is heavily focused on marketing administration, e-commerce optimisation, data analysis, and commercial support rather than creative campaign design.
The Graduate Marketing Executive will:*Update and optimise product listings, copy, pricing, and merchandising across websites and online marketplaces
*Ensure products are accurately categorised and website content is error-free
*Resolve issues raised through the internal ticketing system
*Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns
*Analyse website performance, digital advertising, and sales data
*Produce reports and insights for management teams
*Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities
*Maintain and update product, website, and customer databases
*Support monthly KPI reporting, trading analysis, and commercial performance reviews
*Assist wider marketing and customer experience teams with promotional activity when required
Ideal Candidate:*Degree educated in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Digital Marketing, or similar
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident using Excel, systems, and data
*Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
*Interested in e-commerce, digital marketing, and online retail
*Suitable for graduates, junior marketing executives, marketing assistants, or commercially focused administrators
