Full job descriptionOur client is recruiting for an experienced commercial insurance Development Executive in the SouthWest to enhance the growth of their longstanding and well revered specialist division.
A wealth of leads and prospects are in play for an outstanding proposition that has been in the market for some 15 years.
Role
*As a Development Executive, driving new business growth, engaging with warm leads and converting them into longstanding clients
*You will be working with a refined database of prospects to position the widest insurance product and proposition
*Working alongside technical experts and the in-house risk management team to highlight gaps in coverage, to then provide a best of breed response
*Building trust across all levels of the business, you will work with the prospect to finalise the proposition, and seek the appointment
*The individual can be based anywhere around the SW corridor - Reading across to Bristol
You
You are not just experienced, you are exceptional !
*You must have proven success as a Development Executive in the Commercial insurance sector
*You must have knowledge of the Commercial insurance - albeit you do NOT need to be an expert
*As a Development Executive, you must have confidence and clarity in communication, both written and verbal
*You must have relentless drive, energy and motivation to exceed targets
*You must be able to show sharp negotiation skills and the ability to influence
