Full job descriptionKCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this excellent client in North Tyneside to recruit a Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk. Your duties will be as follows:
*Supporting month-end processes by ensuring accurate sales and purchase ledger reporting
*Managing and maintaining the sales ledger, keeping all customer accounts accurate, complete, and fully reconciled
*Posting and allocating cash receipts to customer accounts accurately
*Preparing and issuing invoices, credit notes, and statements in line with agreed billing cycles and company procedures
*Reconciling customer accounts, resolving discrepancies and responding to billing queries
*Reporting on the status of accounts payable and verifying for payment approval
*Resolving invoice and purchase order discrepancies
*Managing payment runs
You will have worked in a similar role previously and have strong IT skills.
