Full job descriptionRole – Recruitment Advisor
Location – Edinburgh City Centre (Hybrid working – office on Wednesday and Thursday)
Hours – Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1700 (36 hours per week)
Start date – ASAP
Duration – 6 months temporary
Pay Rate - £16.07 per hour
Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit for a Recruitment Advisor on a temporary basis.
The role:
*Liaising with Hiring Managers to provide guidance on the recruitment process
*Supporting with advert writing
*Advising on best recruitment practices
*Advertising on LinkedIn as required
*Supporting with the interview process
*Providing guidance on candidate selection
*Any other tasks as required
You should have excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
