Job Description:
Full job descriptionBMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established engineering contractor operating within the geotechnical and civil engineering sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing business delivering complex infrastructure and ground engineering projects across Scotland.
The Role:
*Manage projects from pre-start through to completion
*Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
*Coordinate labour, plant, subcontractors and materials
*Maintain strong client relationships and oversee project documentation
*Monitor commercial performance, cost control and programme delivery
*Lead site teams and drive high standards across safety, quality and performance
About You & Requirements:
*Experience managing geotechnical, foundations, piling or civil engineering projects
*Strong operational and commercial awareness
*Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
*Full UK driving licence
