A leading London-based law firm is looking for an experienced and highly organised Legal PA to join their busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys being a true right-hand support to senior stakeholders.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing legal documentation, and building strong relationships across the business.
The Role*Extensive diary and inbox management
*Coordinating meetings, travel, and client events
*Preparing, formatting, and amending legal documents
*Managing billing, expenses, and file administration
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
*Supporting fee earners with day-to-day organisation and priorities
About You*Previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary within a law firm
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Highly professional with excellent attention to detail
*Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
*Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
