The Role
*You will take responsibility for managing your own varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
*New build transactions and related plot sales work
*Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery throughout
*Supporting and mentoring junior fee earners where appropriate
*Contributing to the ongoing development and growth of the conveyancing team through business development activity
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
*5+ years’ PQE within residential conveyancing
*Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions
*Confident working independently and taking ownership of matters
*Ability to contribute to a team environment and support junior colleagues
*Commercially aware with an interest in developing client relationships and the wider practice
