About our clientOur client manages a residential property portfolio across West London. They have a responsive repairs team and a reputation for maintaining high standards across their properties. They’re now looking to bring in an advanced electrician on a permanent basis to support that work on the ground.
The roleBased in West London, you’ll be working Monday to Friday on a 39-hour week, carrying out advanced electrical works across residential properties. There’s an out-of-hours callout rota (1 in 4) with additional payment, and you’ll have a company van and fuel card provided for the role.
What you’ll be doing*Carrying out domestic electrical works to a high standard across the residential portfolio
*Completing fixed wire testing, installation, and maintenance up to 230v/415v
*Accurately completing all relevant certifications in line with agreed procedures
*Interpreting technical drawings, data, and instructions on site
*Delivering great customer service to residents on every visit
*Working safely and in line with Health and Safety guidelines at all times
Skills and experienceEssential
*C&G 2365 (or equivalent) and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*C&G 2391-52 Initial Verification, Inspection and Testing (or equivalent)
*Proven experience in domestic electrical works including fixed wire testing
*Able to work independently and manage your own workload
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable
*Experience working within social housing or a responsive repairs environment
*Familiarity with performance targets and reporting procedures
