Location: London Office – W1F 7TH
Reports to: Events & Operations Manager
Role Overview
Stripe Recruitment is seeking a creative and ambitious Social Media Manager to join our clients growing marketing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands current trends, and is passionate about creating engaging content that drives brand growth.
This is a full-time office-based role, and candidates must be willing to work from our London office
Key Responsibilities
*Manage day-to-day social media activity across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
*Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social platforms
*Monitor trends, viral content, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant and competitive
*Assist with content shoots including photography, video, reels, and behind-the-scenes content
*Write engaging captions and social copy aligned with the brand tone of voice
*Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help grow online communities
*Track social media performance and provide regular reporting and insights
*Support influencer outreach and collaboration campaigns
*Work closely with the wider marketing team on campaigns, launches, and promotions
Requirements*At least 2 years experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency
*Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging social platforms
*Excellent communication and copywriting skills
*Creative mindset with a strong eye for content and branding
*Confident using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
*Knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
*Must be willing to work full-time from our London office
Desirable Skills*Experience creating short-form video content
*Basic photography or video editing skills
*Understanding of paid social campaigns and influencer marketing
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment
