Job Description:
Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities*Manage and maintain e-Billing systems and client billing processes
*Handle uploads, rejections, reconciliations, and reporting within SLAs
*Support complex client accounts and resolve billing queries efficiently
*Collaborate with finance and collections teams to resolve aged AR issues
*Prepare monthly client reports and snapshots
*Assist with training and mentoring junior team members
*Promote best practices and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For*Previous eBilling and reconciliation experience
*Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
*High attention to detail and data accuracy
*Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines/KPIs
*Proficiency in Excel and Word
*Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented
*Fluent English skills
Desirable*Experience in multi-currency or shared service environments
