A well-established organisation in Somerset is looking for a Finance Assistant to join their friendly team. This is a varied, office-based role supporting day-to-day finance operations, with plenty of opportunity to develop your skills.
Key responsibilities*Process payments, invoices, and refunds accurately
*Monitor outstanding balances and support payment collection
*Maintain finance records on systems and Excel
*Respond to queries by phone and email in a professional manner
*Support billing processes and instalment plans
*Assist with credit control and debt monitoring
*Provide general finance and administrative support as required
About you*Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or admin role
*Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
*Confident using Excel and finance systems
*Well organised and able to manage a busy workload
*A team player with a proactive approach
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
