Hours: Full Time - 35 hours per week
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
The RoleA specialist apprenticeship training provider is seeking a Plumbing & Gas Tutor to support the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship training across Plumbing, Gas, and Renewable technologies.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced industry professional looking to move into education while maintaining a strong practical focus. You will support apprentices through both practical and theoretical learning, helping them progress towards successful completion of their qualifications and End Point Assessments.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver training and assessment to Plumbing & Gas apprentices
*Support learners preparing for End Point Assessment (EPA)
*Monitor learner progress and complete regular reviews with employers and apprentices
*Maintain accurate learner tracking and Off the Job training records
*Support learners’ personal development and progression
*Promote safe working practices and professional behaviours
*Act as a positive role model within the training environment
What We’re Looking ForEssential:
*NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing & Heating
*Minimum 2 years’ industry experience within Plumbing & Heating
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Flexible and adaptable approach
*Willingness to complete mandatory training
