If you have a background in mortgage administration and are keen to develop your knowledge across pensions and investments, full training and support will be provided, offering a clear route into the wider wealth management sector.
Working closely with experienced advisers, you’ll support a growing client bank across mortgages, pensions, and investments while building valuable technical knowledge within financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing new business processing through to completion
*Supporting mortgage, pension, and investment administration
*Liaising with lenders, providers, solicitors, and clients
*Assisting with suitability reports, reviews, and ongoing client servicing
*Supporting product and fund research and cashflow modelling
*Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
About You:
*Experience within mortgage or financial services administration
*Keen to develop a career within wealth management and financial planning
*Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
*Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach
