Job Type: Temporary with potential for permanent
We are seeking an efficient Administrator with excellent attention to detail to join our busy compliance team. This role offers full training and the opportunity for temporary work to become permanent. The position is based in the city centre with options for some hybrid working days.
Day-to-day of the role:
Handle requests for checks using the firm’s online system and utilise online research tools to identify all parties that need to be included in checks.
Review conflicting information and escalate any issues to relevant stakeholders.
Collaborate with other teams to establish procedures when information cannot be released due to confidentiality.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through professional calls, meetings, and emails.
Manage and update data daily, ensuring that quick changes to corporate structures are accurately reflected in internal systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent and proven data entry skills.
Good all-round IT skills.
Confident communication skills.
Experience in compliance is beneficial but not essential.
