Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

The CNC Production Engineer Technician will support new product introduction and production processes for components within the Motorsport and Defence sectors.
CNC Production Engineering Technician Responsibilities:
*Create CNC programs for 5 Axis Milling Centres
*Set up and support first-article and initial sample runs
*Optimise tooling performance for cast iron and aluminium components
*Conduct first off inspections and support ISIR/PPAP requirements
*Troubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, and process instability
*Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve non-conformances and improve processes
CNC Production Engineering Technician Essentials:
*Experience with 5-axis CNC machining centres
*Hands-on experience Offline programming (Ideally Hypermill)
*Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming
*Experience using precision measuring equipment
