Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for Forklift Yards persons for our client based in Rye, East Sussex. You will be a key member of a small team, you will work with colleagues to ensure the safe and efficient operation of their yards. You must have a valid Teletruk licence or Counterbalance licence. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right person. You must have your own transport, due to location as no public transport.


Main Duties
*Operate Teletruk, shovel and other workplace equipment.
*Safely operate industrial vehicles to load, unload, move, and stack goods within the yards.
*Performing pre-shift safety checks on equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and following all company safety procedures.
*The efficient organisation and storage of all materials.
*The maintenance of accurate stock records.
*The Inspection and documentation of workplace equipment.
*A commitment to the Company’s values and procedures.


Qualifications And Experience
*Must have a valid counterbalance forklift licence or a Valid Teletruk Licence (preferred)
*Must have previous yard work experience
*Good communications skills
*Good personal presentation
*Be able to deliver a high level of customer service


Working Hours
*Mondays to Fridays
*7.30am to 4.30pm
