We are currently recruiting for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a growing team based in the Southampton (Maybush) area.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to either build a career in sales or bring their existing experience into a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The Role:

You’ll be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, speaking with customers over the phone, and converting interest into sales. A big part of the role is building strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering a great overall experience.
Key Responsibilities:
*Contacting customers who have made enquiries
*Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
*Recommending suitable products/services
*Converting enquiries into sales
*Delivering excellent customer service throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communication skills and a confident phone manner
*Background in customer service, retail, or sales
*Experience in phone-based sales or face-to-face consulting is a bonus
*Ability to build relationships and gain trust quickly
*Motivated, target-driven, and positive attitude
