Full job descriptionWe’re partnered with a national IFA business looking for a Desk based Financial Advisor to join their thriving Kirkaldy office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring advisor to join a solid desk-based team, and gain valuable exposure to highly affluent and high-net-worth clients.
About the role:
*Salary & Progression: Starting at £45,000 with a generous bonus structure.
*Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days per week in the Kirkcaldy office.
Benefits:
*Clear structured training with funded exams
*5% pension contribution
*Death-in-service benefit (4x salary)
*BUPA Healthshield plan
*25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 28 days after 5 years)
What we’re looking for:
*Level 4 qualified
*Ambitious with a desire to progress
*Ideally, some experience in financial advising
