We’re working with a growing and supportive business in Burscough that’s looking for a Financial Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your skills, and grow with a company that values potential.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll support both finance and wider office operations, including:
*Assisting with day-to-day financial administration and data entry
*Maintaining and updating financial records and spreadsheets
*Supporting basic bookkeeping activities
*Providing admin support to senior management
*Handling incoming calls and general enquiries
*Managing filing, scanning, and document organisation
*Responding to internal and external queries professionally
*Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and up to date
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with individuals who are organised, eager to learn, and have a strong eye for detail.
Essential:
*Good numerical skills and attention to detail
*Basic understanding of finance/admin processes (training provided)
*Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
*Clear and professional communication skills
