Full job descriptionWe are seeking a Senior Industry Principal - SAP (IPCON) to play a key leadership role within our European SAP Practice. This is a high-impact position for an experienced SAP leader with deep S/4HANA Finance expertise and a strong track record of delivering complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs.

You will define SAP transformation strategies, advise C-level stakeholders, architect end-to-end solutions, and drive delivery excellence across SAP S/4HANA initiatives - particularly within finance-led and services-industry transformations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and shape SAP S/4HANA transformation vision for enterprise clients
Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and CXOs, driving business value through SAP
Architect and govern end-to-end SAP Finance solutions
Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs
Ensure delivery excellence, quality, and risk management across engagements
Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, mentoring, and pre-sales support

Required Experience
Hands-on leadership experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud - Finance implementations
Strong background in the Services Industry
Solid understanding of:
General Ledger, fiscal year variants, period-end close
Consolidation, statutory reporting, and localization
Intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliation
Cash management, bank integration, and multi-bank connectivity
Time & Expense management systems
Revenue Recognition processes

Preferred Experience
Knowledge of Three-System Landscape (3SL) and parallel landscapes
Integration experience with systems such as CRM, Concur, Time Entry, and Data Warehouses
Exposure to e-invoicing / e-billing solutions
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM)
