Full job descriptionCustomer Service Advisor
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service advisors to join a storage business based in Southampton. This is a full time permanent position
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Advisor:
*Deal with sales enquiries from customers
*Selling a range of services available
*Complete all administrative tasks
*Assist with Forklift Duties
*Provide a high level of customer service
Requirements:
*Proven customer service experience
*Happy working within a yard environment
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Comfortable working within a small team
The Customer Service Advisor Role:
*40 hrs week – between 8 and 6pm Monday- Friday- shifts
*Saturdays 10am to 5pm and Sundays 10am -4pm
*Required to work 1 in 3 weekends
*£27,053 per annum
*20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
