Responsibilities of Sous Chef
*Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
*Prepare and deliver fresh, nutritious, and high-quality meals
*Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering
*Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
*Supervise and support kitchen staff during service
*Ensure compliance with all food safety and health & safety regulations
About you
*Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
*Experience working in high-volume catering environments
*Strong organisational and leadership skills
*Passion for fresh food and excellent customer service
*Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
