£12.92 per hour

Shifts and Hours:

Fri, Sat, Sun 06:00am – 15:30pm ; Mon, Tue 14:00pm – 23:00pm

OR

2PM-11PM(Tuesday and Thursday) 6AM-3PM(Friday to Sunday)

Our client based in N11 is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Support to join their team on an ongoing temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent employment. This role offers a varied mix of warehouse, operational, and customer service duties.

Key Responsibilities:

*Unloading trailers and sorting parcels into delivery routes
*Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and operational readiness
*Supporting drivers and monitoring delivery activity through internal systems
*Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
*Reviewing delivery compliance and updating spreadsheets
*Assisting with daily operational flow to ensure efficiency
Ideal Candidate:

*Warehouse, administration, or customer service experience
*Team Leader or supervisory experience beneficial
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Good IT and spreadsheet knowledge
*Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented
