Contract: Permanent, Term-time only (39 weeks per year)

We are seeking a dedicated Student Support Assistant to join our specialist 2-19 academy in Littleport. The RoleWorking within a collaborative and inclusive community, you will provide the essential "wrap-around" support that allows our students to thrive. You will work closely with teachers and healthcare specialists to deliver tailored care that respects the individuality of every child.
Key Responsibilities:
*Personalized Care: Provide thoughtful assistance with personal care, including hygiene, feeding, and mobility, following specific EHCPs and Care Plans.

*Medical & Physical Support: Help implement specialist programmes such as physiotherapy or hydrotherapy under professional guidance.

*Safety & Wellbeing: Supervise and support pupils during lunchtimes and outdoor activities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.

*Collaboration: Maintain accurate records and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
