£60,000 – £65,000 per annum DOE
We are looking for an ambitious and personable Property Fee Earner with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a thriving and well-respected property team in Camberley. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, managing a varied caseload, and working within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
You will play a key role in handling a broad mix of residential property matters while delivering exceptional client service from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property transactions, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties
*Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance throughout the transaction process
Experience and Skills Requirements
We are keen to hear from candidates who:
*Have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE within residential property
*Are confident managing a busy caseload independently
*Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
*Thrive in a client-focused environment
*Are commercially aware and proactive in developing relationships
*Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
