The Role In this position, you will own the end-to-end project lifecycle, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution for Tier-1 brands.
*Lead discovery workshops to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce blueprints.

*Design technical solutions, including data models, integration patterns, and custom specifications.

*Drive hands-on configuration and declarative development while overseeing technical delivery teams.

*Act as a trusted advisor for C-suite stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring project success.

*Manage full-cycle implementations from initial discovery through to final go-live.

Candidate Requirements This role requires a techno-functional expert who understands how to build scalable solutions founded on strong business logic.
*A background in Salesforce consultancy or professional services is essential.

*Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
