The RoleThis is a senior interim opportunity within a fast-paced and acquisitive UK business. The role will take ownership of core financial reporting activities, manage a small reporting team, and ensure continuity and robustness in reporting during a period of ongoing change.
Key Responsibilities*Full ownership of the budget cycle
*Lead cash flow forecasting
*Preparation and delivery of board-level reporting
*Ownership of the statutory accounts process
*Responsibility for group reporting
*Line management of a reporting team of three
*Support wider financial reporting requirements across the UK business
*Quickly embed into the function and add value in an interim capacity
Experience Required*Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
*Background from practice or industry
*Strong hands-on statutory accounts preparation experience
*Proven group reporting experience
*Able to hit the ground running
*Comfortable managing a small reporting team
*Experience operating in fast-moving or acquisitive environments advantageous
