The OpportunityAre you a dedicated educator who believes that every child deserves a champion? We are seeking an inspiring Class Teacher to join our "Good" rated special school community. Key Responsibilities*Tailored Learning: Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive lessons that align with individual EHCPs, ensuring every student is met where they are.
*Progress Tracking: Assess and celebrate pupil growth, contributing vital insights to Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and annual reviews.
*Classroom Culture: Foster a secure and positive atmosphere where wellbeing is prioritized and positive behavior is the standard.
*Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with a talented team of support staff, parents, and external specialists to provide a holistic support network for our learners.
