Daily Duties
*Supporting project teams across a variety of architectural schemes
*Assisting with design development and technical drawing packages
*Producing presentations, visuals and project documentation
*Participating in client meetings and consultant coordination
*Assisting with planning applications and tender information
*Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across different sectors
*Contributing creative ideas and design solutions throughout project stages
*Maintaining awareness of design standards, regulations and compliance requirements
Ideal Candidate
*Architectural Technology degree or equivalent qualification
*Strong design, communication and presentation skills
*Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative approach
*Interest in community-focused and sustainable design
*Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
*Good understanding of UK planning and RIBA stages
*Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape
*Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
*Motivated to develop professionally within a supportive practice environment
