Description
*Provide end-to-end leadership of shift operations, ensuring production targets are consistently achieved with precision and efficiency
*Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team, embedding a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
*Own and drive KPI performance across productivity, quality, cost control, labour utilisation, and energy efficiency
*Take full accountability for workforce management including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
*Champion a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance and best practice across all operational activities
*Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives in line with premium service expectations
*Partner closely with senior leadership to deliver a scalable, efficient, and commercially successful operation
Profile
*Proven success in an operations leadership role within production, manufacturing, or service-led environments
*Experience in laundry, hospitality, or high-volume processing is advantageous but not essential
*Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost efficiency and premium quality
*A credible, confident leader with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
*Highly organised, solutions-focused, and resilient under pressure
*Demonstrated experience in KPI ownership, performance optimisation, and continuous improvement
*Uncompromising commitment to Health & Safety and operational best practice
