Leigh | Hybrid | £60-65k + Bonus + Benefits
A global leader in manufacturing and design is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading Manufacturing SME. This is a high-profile role where you will help shape financial strategy, manage commercial performance, and support the Head of FP&A in a fast-paced, growing environment.
The Role:
*Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy
*Partner with sales, product development, supply chain, and operations
*Provide board-level insights to maximise profitability and growth
*Centralise data and develop robust management information (MI) systems
*Control divisional P&L and reporting to UK and international stakeholders
*Drive process improvements in systems, reporting, and data integration
*Support strategic growth projects, including M&A and integration activities
Key Skills & Experience:
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
*Proven track record in senior commercial finance or FP&A leadership
*Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
*Confident influencing and presenting at board level
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
