Full job descriptionWe’re currently recruiting for an AAT Apprenticeship Tutor to join a growing training provider, delivering accounting qualifications up to Level 4.
Location: Trafford
Hours: Full-time
Contract Length: Permanent
Salary: £36,000


The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience delivering AAT modules up to Level 3 (with willingness to progress to Level 4)
*Minimum 3 years’ industry experience within Finance
*Teaching, learning, and assessment experience (1–2 years minimum)
*Knowledge of OFSTED quality standards
*Strong communication and learner engagement skills
*AAT qualification (or equivalent)
*Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)


Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality AAT teaching sessions both face-to-face and remotely
*Manage a caseload of learners, supporting progression and retention
*Assess learner work and provide structured, developmental feedback
*Set, monitor, and review learner targets to ensure KPI achievement
*Track learner progress against Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours (KSBs)
*Support learners through their apprenticeship journey, including EPA readiness
*Engage with employers and stakeholders to enhance learner outcomes
*Contribute to curriculum development and ongoing quality improvement
*Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and quality standards
*Participate in open evenings, employer engagement, and learner recruitment activities
