Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage your own caseload of civil and commercial disputes including contract disputes, property litigation, debt recovery, and general civil disputes.
*Advise clients on a variety of litigation matters.
*Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, correspondence, and settlement agreements.
*Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client care and service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 2+ years post-qualification experience (PQE), though all levels will be considered.
*Experience in handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters.
*Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to case management.
