An excellent independent senior school in Potters Bar is seeking to appoint a talented and enthusiastic Teacher of Biology to join its successful Science Department from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Biology specialist to teach highly motivated pupils in a school known for its strong academic standards, small class sizes, and supportive learning environment. The RoleThe successful candidate will:
*Teach Biology across Key Stages 3-5, with a strong focus on A Level Biology

*Support the wider life of the school through pastoral and co-curricular involvement
The Successful Candidate Will Have:*A strong academic background in Biology or a related subject
*Experience teaching Biology to A Level standard
*Excellent subject knowledge and classroom practice
*A genuine enthusiasm for independent education and high academic expectations
*The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
