The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as a professional point of contact while building strong client and debtor relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing corporate client accounts
*Contacting debtors via phone, email, letters and SMS
*Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes
*Ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards
*Maintaining positive, long-term client relationships
*Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment
