Looking to build your Legal PA career in a fast-paced City law firm environment?
We’re recruiting a proactive and highly organised Junior Legal PA to join a busy Corporate team supporting senior fee earners within a prestigious international law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous professional services or legal support experience who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly, managing diaries, coordinating meetings and travel, handling billing and expenses, and providing first-class administrative support day to day.
What you’ll be doing:*Managing busy diaries and scheduling meetings
*Coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries
*Preparing documents, correspondence and presentations
*Processing expenses, timesheets and billing
*Supporting with client communication and inbox management
*Liaising with internal teams including Reception and Operations
*Providing proactive day-to-day support to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for:*Previous Legal PA, Team Assistant or Executive Assistant experience
*Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
*High attention to detail and a proactive approach
*Confident using Microsoft Office and legal systems
