Looking to build a career in tech rather than stay on a service desk?


We’re working with a growing cloud and telecoms business in Cardiff, hiring 3 Support Engineers. It’s a great opportunity to move into a niche area like voice and cloud, with full training provided.


What you’ll be doing:
*Supporting a voice/telecoms platform (VoIP, SIP)

*Troubleshooting issues and managing tickets end-to-end

*Supporting customers via phone, email and ticketing system

*Learning platforms, call systems and integrations



What they’re looking for:
*IT support, service desk OR strong customer service + interest in tech

*Good problem-solving skills

*Confident communicator

*Keen to learn and progress
