Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client is a large multi site business in Chesterfield who have grown significantly in the past few years.
They have a vacancy for a Booking Support Team Advisor. The purpose of the role is to deliver exceptional customer service ensuring all jobs are processed and booked in a timely and proficient manner
You do not need previous experience in a call centre environment but must have excellent customer service and administration skills, also strong attention to detail
*Handle incoming calls ensuring Team targets are achieved, calls include booking new jobs, resolving queries on existing jobs and providing general updates.
*Review & process jobs booked at source ensuring they are parts checked, the correct component is added and available or ordered. Ensure jobs are authorised or validated before appointment date.
*Outbound call customers who have not selected a booking date to book appointment
*Complete and submit insurance authorisation requests from validations team.
*Ensure all email correspondence is actioned and suitable response issued.
*Liaison with Branch Managers to keep them abreast of any booking changes or amendments.
*Ensure job notes are factual, concise and up to date.
You will be;
*Secondary school educated with GCSE Maths and English
*Strong communication skills with a calm telephone manner
*Produces clear, accurate, and professional communication
*Confident communicating with customers via phone, SMS, and email
*Accurate data input
*Confident, energetic, and positive
*Ability to treat every customer with respect, respond promptly, listen, show empathy, take ownership and follow up on service provision
Hours of work - Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5pm
