*Contract: Full-Time, Term Time Only

Join a busy and supportive mainstream primary school as a Primary Teaching Assistant. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, caring, and enjoys working with children, offering a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting their progress and development within the classroom.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.
*Work with individuals and small groups to support learning.
*Assist pupils with reading, writing, and numeracy tasks.
*Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
*Help set up and maintain a safe and organised classroom environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience working with children in schools, clubs, or childcare settings.
*Enthusiastic, reliable, and approachable personality.
*Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
*Proactive and willing to support across different year groups.
*Passion for helping children succeed.
Desirable (but not essential):
*Experience in a primary school setting.
*Knowledge of phonics or early years learning.
*Relevant childcare or education qualification.
