Job Description:
Full job descriptionHW Finance are pleased to be partnering with a fast-growing and acquisitive financial services business, to support them with the hire of a new Financial Controller, as a result of internal promotion.


About the role:
This is a varied and hands-on role, preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts for the UK and European group, assisting with integrations, supporting process improvements, and managing a small team.


Key Responsibilities:
*Prepare and review monthly management accounts for all UK and EU entities
*Manage company bank accounts and oversee supplier payment runs
*Assist with integration of new entities and wider finance-related projects
*Ensure robust financial controls and reconciliations are maintained
*Support process improvements and implement new processes
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
*Oversee and manage two Finance Assistants


About You:
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent)
*Strong financial reporting/management accounting or audit background
*Confident stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
*Services sector experience (desirable)
*Proficient in Microsoft Excel
*Used to supporting more junior team members
*Professional and positive approach
