Join a friendly and supportive mainstream primary school as a Teaching Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic and dedicated to supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
*Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning.
*Help maintain a calm and productive classroom environment.
*Support pupils’ social and emotional development.
*Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*A positive, patient, and proactive attitude.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
Desirable (but not essential):
*Relevant qualification in childcare or education.
*Knowledge of the primary curriculum.
*Experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar setting).
