Brighton, East Sussex
Full-time, office-based*
Enthusiastic, Experienced Paralegal Required for Established Brighton Practice Resi Team!
*Some home/office flexibility on offer after probation.
An excellent team in the heart of Brighton, providing key legal support within a busy, well-respected conveyancing department.
You’ll be directly supporting and established conveyancing solicitor, providing key support on live files, start to finish on all manner of residential property work. If you’re an organised individual who enjoys being part of a close-knit, professional team they’d love to meet you!
The role duties include:
*File opening
*AML compliance
*Dealing with exchanges, completion and post completion tasks
*Drafting financial statements and invoices
*Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
*General admin, updating of internal and external systems
*Plenty of client contact
What you’ll bring:
*Previous experience as in a conveyancing support role
*A good grasp of the conveyancing process as a whole.
*Good communication and client service skills
*Strong attention to detail and ability to stay on top of deadlines
