Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
*Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
*Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
*Help manage behaviour in a calm and positive manner.
*Create a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience working with children or young people with SEN, whether in a school, care, or support setting.
*A patient, understanding, and adaptable approach to student interaction.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Desirable (but not essential):
*Knowledge of autism, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
*Relevant qualification in education or childcare.
