Our client, a well-established, independent estate agency operating across the Cambridge market. With a strong focus on people and relationships, they believe property is about more than just transactions; it’s about delivering an exceptional service experience. Due to business levels, they are now looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join them team.

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be offered:

Key responsibilities:
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating tenancy terms and securing lets
*Managing the process from offer agreed through to move-in
*Working closely with landlords to maximise rental opportunities
*Collaborating with the wider team to support business growth and referrals
Requirements for the Senior Lettings Negotiator position:
*Minimum 12 months’ experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
*Driven, proactive, and target-focused
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Well-organised with good attention to detail
*Career-minded with a long-term outlook
*Full UK driving licence
*A team player with a positive attitude
