The Role
You’ll be part of a professional events kitchen team delivering exceptional food for:
*Corporate events
*Private dining
*VIP functions
*Festivals & large-scale events
*Sporting & hospitality events
Duties may include:
*Food prep and service
*Running sections confidently
*Assisting with event setup and breakdown
*Maintaining high hygiene standards
*Supporting Head Chefs during busy service
*Delivering consistent quality under pressure
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
*Previous professional kitchen experience
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Professional attitude and appearance
*Excellent timekeeping
*Team player mentality
*Food hygiene knowledge
Ideal:
*Events or banqueting experience
*Driving licence and own transport
*Fine dining or high-volume background
*Flexibility on evenings and weekends
